Every Wednesday, you’ll find us at The Red Lion, serving our signature Spanish tortillas from 5pm to 9pm.
• Fresh tortillas cooked on-site – grab a slice or more, hot and ready.
• Pre-order full tortillas – want to take a whole one home? Order in advance and collect from The Red Lion.
• Ethical eggs for sale – if we’ve got extras, you can buy our free-range, ethically sourced eggs for just £2 per half dozen. Happy hens, better eggs.

Looking to add something fresh and delicious to your space? We love collaborating with bars, cafés, and venues around Bristol for pop-ups and guest kitchen takeovers.
All we need is an oven and access to electricity – we bring everything else, including our own hobs and utensils. Whether it’s a one-off event or a regular slot, we’re flexible and ready to serve.
