Our Company
At RETORTillá, we keep it simple: we make delicious, gluten-free, vegetarian tortillas, with vegan options available too. Our mission is to use quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever we can, to create great-tasting food without waste that everyone can enjoy.
We use a double-roasting technique for our potatoes that makes our tortillas unique in flavour and texture, without deep frying. Being a small business, strive to minimise waste, cut down our carbon footprint, and supporting local communities. We’re not perfect, but we’re doing our best to make food that’s good for you and the planet.

We’re committed to using only the best ingredients, cooking our tortillas with extra virgin olive oil and sourcing high-quality, fresh produce, ensuring that every bite reflects the care that goes into our tortillas
Suitable for Vegetarians
We’re proud to offer vegetarian tortillas, made with free-range, ethically farmed eggs. A good source of protein and energy. We also offer Vegan Options for most of our tortillas as we strive to cater for everyone.
Full Range Gluten Free
We don’t use gluten in any part of our production, ensuring our entire kitchen remains gluten-free. You can enjoy our full range of tortillas knowing that they’re safe for anyone avoiding gluten.
Low Waste
We make 90% of our omelettes to order, and plan ahead to reduce waste. This means your tortillas are fresh, and we’re doing our bit to ensure nothing goes to waste.
Lower Calorie
Instead of deep-frying, our unique method uses only a fraction of the oil, reducing the calorie count to about 165 kcal per slice—around 40% fewer calories than deep-fried alternatives (~275 kcal). It’s a flavourful, balanced choice for any diet.
Low Air Miles
Whenever possible, we prioritise local ingredients, reducing the need for long-distance transport and helping to cut down on our carbon footprint.
